Lance Trend Limited is an ICT company that deals in all brands of IT Gadgets. We are an ICT firm, a solely indigenous company with all its Directors in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Logistics Manager
Job Location: Ketu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and manage the logistics department and transportation
• Direct, optimize, and coordinate full order cycle
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers
• Supervise, coach, and train logistics workforce
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
• Keep track of delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Arrange catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
• Present Monthly reports to Management at Month-end

Requirements and Skills

• B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply
• Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager (Minimum of 5 years of exp)
• Experience in managing logistics personnel
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proximity to the job location is crucial.
