Job Position: Logistics Officer

Job Summary

• The Logistics Officer is responsible for sourcing reliable interstate trucks, coordinating the transportation of goods, and ensuring timely deliveries.
• This role involves managing transport providers, optimizing routes, and resolving any logistics issues to support smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate with interstate truck providers.
• Coordinate and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain relationships with transport vendors and drivers.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
• Resolve delays, damages, or other logistical issues.

Qualifications / Experience

• Proven experience in logistics or transportation management.
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of interstate trucking and logistics regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary

• N200,000 – 250,000 / month.
