We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Fleet Officer, Quality Control

Job Location: Sango-Ota, Ogun

Description
Documentation:


  • Document evidence of pre- inspection and post inspection for vehicles

Vehicle Maintenance:

  • Test vehicles before maintenance to ascertain the level of repair to be carried out
  • Follow up the process of repair to ensure that spare parts appropriated for maintenance work is utilized judiciously.
  • Work with the vehicle maintenance manager to improve on checklists and maintenance routines
  • Periodically visit Authorized Service Workshops to confirm that maintenance work is carried out according to MAX routines and standards.
  • Inspect/Test Vehicles after maintenance to ensure that the needed repairs are carried out.

Vehicle Refurbishment:

  • Support in the assessment of vehicles using the pre-assessment checklist before refurbishment is carried out to ascertain the level of damage
  • Inspect spare parts which are to be used for refurbishment purposes to ensure it meets the requirements
  • Inspect/Test vehicles after refurbishment using the post-assessment checklist to confirm the vehicles are refurbished to set standards
  • Guide technicians on maintenance best practices
  • Administrative Function: Ensure job cards are filled out for every vehicle brought into the facility for maintenance/refurbishment. Conduct frequent training of technicians

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND in any Engineering discipline. Mechanical Engineering is preferred
  • 2 Years of cognate experience as a vehicle technician or 2 years’ experience in fleet management
  • Ability to ride 2-Wheelers and 3-Wheelers with proficiency.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
  • Good understanding of Inventory Control principles and practices
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace

2.) Financial Planning & Analysis Lead

Job Role

  • We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Lead who is an expert in business forecasting.
  • You’ll be responsible for providing analysis in decision-making in all matters operational, financial, and strategic.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a liaison for the investor relations team, managing the earnings guidance scenario modeling, including executive presentation, Q&A support, and ad hoc analysis (special projects)
  • Perform Market research: Determining the size of a given market, leaders, laggers and potential opportunities in which the organization may have a competitive advantage
  • Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made
  • Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting team related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner
  • Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions
  • Partner directly with the finance team to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews
  • Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization
  • Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made
  • Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization

What You’ll Need

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, Master's preferred
  • 7+ years in finance, accounting or a related area in a fast-paced global organisation
  • ACA or ACCA 
  • Sage 300 experience or comparable finance system
  • General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
  • Experience developing financial reports and metrics
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
  • Experience in Mobility/Fintech/Gig-economy/eCommerce

3.) Fleet Officer, Documentation & Setup / Activation

Job Location: Akure, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Role & Responsibilities
Documentation:

  • Maintain a record of all new vehicles delivered to the premises.
  • Maintain documentation detailing all setup-related processes from delivery to activation.
  • Maintain a record of vehicles within their jurisdiction and manage the renewal process for expired vehicle documents (e.g., plate numbers, insurance).
  • Maintain a record of inventory in stores within their jurisdiction.
  • Manage and maintain a record of all vehicle VINs upon delivery.

Vehicle Setup and Activation:

  • Ensure the timely setup of vehicles from initial delivery to activation.
  • Upload accurate vehicle details into VAMS upon delivery and update until activation.
  • Liaise with third-party contractors for painting, branding, and other setup-related processes to ensure prompt readiness.
  • Liaise with the Documentation team to ensure vehicle plate numbers, insurance, and other documentation are delivered in time for activation.
  • Follow up on the setup process until the vehicle is activated.
  • Coordinate sorting and arrangement of vehicles designated for other locations, and follow up until delivery is confirmed.
  • Ensure timely resolution of insurance-related matters, including renewals and claims.
  • Hand over documentation to Champions once hire-purchase (HP) is completed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / BSc Degree in any Engineering discipline.
  • Logistics industry preference
  • Must understand the local dialect of the business territory
  • Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage
  • Good analytical and organizational skills with experience
  • He/she should be able to enjoy clerical and administrative work with good planning and numerical skills.
  • Must possess a strong methodical approach to complete the assigned work
  • Attention to detail.
