We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Data Entry Specialist

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role


  • We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Ikeja. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across our systems while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data in spreadsheets and internal databases
  • Clean, verify, and organize data for accuracy
  • Use Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) for data management
  • Generate simple reports as needed
  • Identify and correct data inconsistencies
  • Support the team with other data-related tasks

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any field with 1–3 years relevant experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

2.) Solar Engineer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled Solar Energy Engineer to join our team in Lagos.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining solar power systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
  • This role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential, commercial, or industrial use
  • Conduct site assessments and prepare technical proposals
  • Install, test, and commission solar power systems
  • Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar installations
  • Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations
  • Prepare technical reports, system documentation, and performance analysis
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams
  • Stay updated on new solar technologies and industry trends

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
  • 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience with solar PV systems

3.) Solar Technician

Job Location: Oyo

Job Summary

  • The Solar Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar power systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
  • The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with solar installations and a strong understanding of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, test, and commission solar power systems, including panels, inverters, batteries, and mounting structures.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on solar installations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot system faults and carry out necessary repairs.
  • Perform site assessments and determine system design requirements.
  • Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and company procedures.
  • Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Educate customers on system usage, basic troubleshooting, and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to support project delivery.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • OND / HND / B.Sc in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of proven experience as a Solar Technician or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries (including lithium), and electrical wiring.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work at heights.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must reside in Ibadan or be willing to relocate.
