Job Summary

• We are searching for a dedicated Concierge Coordinator to deliver exceptional guest, client, and participant experiences.
• If you excel in hospitality, have a passion for customer satisfaction, and operate smoothly in fast-paced environments, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, and hospitality logistics.
• Serve as a frontline support representative during programs, events, and onsite activities.
• Provide personalized assistance to guests, ensuring comfort, timely responses, and seamless experiences.
• Maintain high service standards while juggling multiple requests and logistics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, concierge services, hospitality management, or related fields.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented, customer-focused, and service-driven.
• Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Ability to anticipate needs and manage dynamic environments with professionalism.

Working conditions:

• We aim to have the successful candidate start immediately.

What We Offer

• Competitive Salary:N250,000 – N400,000 Monthly.
