We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Import Officer
Job Location: Sulurele, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Import Officer will play a critical role in managing and coordinating the company’s end-to-end importation process — from receipt of the Proforma Invoice (PFI) from manufacturers through insurance processing, banking activities, customs clearance, and final delivery of goods to company premises.
• The position focuses on achieving cost-effective importation, ensuring timely delivery, minimizing operational bottlenecks, and responding efficiently to unforeseen challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Hand on experience on Import process.
• Proficiency in utilizing accounting software and Microsoft tools (e.g., Sage ERP, SAP).
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated experience in leadership roles

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in similar role
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
