We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Manager
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, International Development, or related fields.
• 7+ years of research experience using diverse methodologies (qualitative, quantitative, mixed-methods, RCTs, quasi-experimental design, etc.)
• Software proficiency: PowerPoint, Excel, R, SPSS, Stata, NVivo, Python, Atlas, Dedoose.
• Expertise in stakeholder management/engagement, especially with donors and government
• Experience in grant writing and developing knowledge products (technical reports, briefs, policy briefs, manuscripts).
• Project management experience, preferably in the health and development sector.
• Willingness to work onsite (must be resident in Abuja)
• Fluency in Hausa is a plus.
