Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives for a leading real estate development company. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive sales for our residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate projects and corporate brand identity.
• Plan and oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, outdoor advertising, and print media.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and ensure alignment between marketing and sales objectives.
• Manage the company's online presence, including website updates, social media content, and online advertising campaigns.
• Develop and manage content marketing strategies, including blog posts, newsletters, video marketing, and PR activities.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
• Organize and oversee promotional events, exhibitions, and property launches to maximize market outreach.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for management to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and corporate identity across all marketing channels.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with 3 - 4 years of experience.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 per month.
