Job Position: Operations Officer

Work Schedule: 5 / 6 days a week

Summary

• We are seeking to hire an experienced Operations Officer who will be responsible for the effective running of the company.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of facilities, including the safety and wellbeing of guests.
• Receive complaints and resolve problems.
• Develop and build positive relationships with customers.
• Finding new strategies to attract new customers and boost the business of the organization.
• Manage the Company’s social media accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with a minimum of 2 years work experience
• Proven work experience as an Operations Officer
• Social media skills
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Should live within the Lekki and its environment.

Salary
N80,000- N100, 000 Monthly.
