Production Manager / Quality Controller

As a production personnel he/she will be coordinating factory production and operational support functions to add value and deliver operational excellence whilst working within factory budgeted costs including overheads. He/she is accountable for the production team’s delivery of factory product safety, legality and quality. He/she ensures that Key Performance Indicators are met through effectively managing and developing teams whilst inspiring a culture of continuous improvement. He leads by example in upholding company values and develops a total quality culture within factory teams.

As a quality controller he/she ensures that quality standards are continously met.
