We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Quality Assurance Supervisor
Job Location: Ogun

Job Description

• We are looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor with sound knowledge of Montessori method of teaching and learning for a nursery and primary school.
• He/she will supervise all teaching and learning activities in the school to ensure adherence to best educational practices.
• He/She will ensure the improvement and sustenance of the quality of teaching and learning and report to the Head Teacher.

Qualifications & Requirements

• The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed) or B.Sc + PGDE, B.A + PGDE with not less than 5 years experience as a class teacher in a reputable nursery/primary school. Previous experience as a headteacher or assistant headteacher will be an added advantage.
• Sound Knowledge of Montessori Method of Teaching and Learning
• Must possesses strong work ethnics and be able to work under pressure.
• Must be enthusiastic and passionate about teaching children with a strong commitment to school developing programs.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills in relating with children, parents and staffs.

Supervision Experience:

• Excellent interpersonal, writing and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of Montessori teaching methodologies and innovative teaching methods.
• Proven commitment to high academic standards and integrity.
