Quality Control Manager Job at Fastizers Food and Confectionery Limited

Fastizers Food and Confectionery Limited started with its first production of cookies in the year 2010, desiring to cater to its immediate community. This first batch of home-made Fastizers Cookies, produced with less than N1,000, got so much positive feedback it inspired the production of subsequent batches, however still on a small scale from a home-kitchen.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Quality Control Manager
Job Location: Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

• To ensure all raw materials, packaging materials and finished products meet standards set by both local and international regulatory Quality policies/guidelines

Educational / Professional Qualification

• B.Tech in Food Science Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry or related field.

Years of Experience Required:

• 4-5 years in Food / Beverage Industry

Other Qualifications:

• Should be willing to relocate to Agbara or work from Agbara
• Proven success in managing direct reports and cross functional resources through initiatives, projects
• Proven success in formulation and process development in innovation of new products
• Knowledge of HACCP, quality concepts and technical knowledge in food processing is an advantage
• Strong interest in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems and Process development
• Proficient in Microsoft office- ERP.
