Our Company  is a new startup Real Estate and Hospitality Company located in Lagos, Nigeria. We are presently filling some positions in our company and in search of a real estate business executive.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicant must have a strong prior experience in Real Estate.

Applicant should have a fair understanding of Hospitality and be open-minded.

Applicant must have a good understanding of Sales and Marketing

Applicant must be digitally savvy and understand the use of technology for business. 

Applicant must be very fast thinking and creative.

Applicant must have a good command of English and great communication skills.

Applicant must be committed, highly motivated and target driven.

Applicant must be able to exhibit good leadership quality.

Applicant must be a great communicator.

EXPECTATIONS

Applicant must be able to develop great strategies to meet sales targets.

Applicant must meet monthly sales target

Applicant must be able to develop a plan to expanding the growth of the company

Applicant must be able to organize and attend meetings on behalf of the company.

Applicant must be a good team member and must be able to get along with other individuals both in the company and outside the company.
