Job Position: Receptionist
Job Location: Ibeju-Lekki - Lagos

Job Description

• Serve food and drinks to guests promptly and efficiently.
• Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond to additional requests.
• Upsell our other services to the guests.
• Ensure professional and creative handling of guest requests.
• Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and adherence to physical hygiene best practices.
• Clear tables, reset them for the next guests.
• Process payment and issue receipts.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a waitress in a luxury restaurant or hotel.
