Job Position: Sales Manager (Treasury)

About the Role

• We are urgently seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Treasury Sales Team Lead for our client in the financial services industry.
• The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, drive treasury product sales, and lead a high-performing sales team to deliver on business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Treasury Sales Officers to achieve set sales and revenue targets.
• Drive treasury product sales while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategies for effective liquidity and cash management.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.
• Provide market insights, competitive analysis, and reports to support management decision-making.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc / Master`s Degree
• Minimum of 10 - 12 years of experience in treasury sales, banking, investment, or the mortgage industry.
• In-depth understanding and experience in handlingof treasury operations, financial markets, and money market instruments.
• Demonstrated leadership, business development, and client relationship management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
