Job Position: Sales / Marketing Manager

|Job Location: Awka, Anambra 
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Lead and motivate the sales/realtor team to achieve targets.
• Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for realtors to improve their sales performance.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive property sales.
• Manage brand visibility, campaigns, and digital marketing.
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.

Requirements

• HND / BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1 - 3 years of proven experience in sales/marketing (real estate experience is a strong plus).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and training facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media campaigns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
