Job Position: Senior Civil Engineer / Construction Manager
Job Locations: Lagos, Osun & Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee the planning, design, and execution of construction projects.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, review design, and develop construction projects, including buildings, roads and other infrastructure
• Conduct site investigations and analyze data to determine project requirements
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects
• Inspect and monitor construction sites to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve construction issues and conflicts
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technicians

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Minimum 10years of experience in handling multi storey buildings (7floors and above is added advantage)
• Professional certification (e.g., COREN, CENG, CORBON) is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
