We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Senior Facilities Supervisor

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities 

• Provide overall leadership and supervision to Facility Supervisors, Facilities Coordinators, and site personnel.
• Oversee day-to-day facility operations across assigned sites, ensuring optimal performance and service delivery.
• Develop, implement, and monitor facility management strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Identify, assess, and manage workplace safety risks, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Allocate resources effectively, set performance targets, and evaluate team productivity and outcomes.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
• Lead project execution from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Prepare and submit detailed operational, maintenance, safety, and project reports to management.
• Handle escalations, resolve complex operational issues, and provide expert guidance to site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or senior supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing residential apartment facilities
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance planning, safety management, and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with high accuracy in calculations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites, priorities, and teams effectively.
• Proficiency in report writing and operational documentation.

Salary
N600,000 - N650,000 per month.
