Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We have a vacancy or Service Engineer/Customer Support Department for Lagos, Nigeria location
• Should have the experience to handle the customer complaints in order to smoothen the processes,
• It will entail coordination of installation and maintenance activities relating to instrumentation products.
• Interaction with the customers and contractors on a day to day basis.
• Conducting maintenance activities at the customer destination.
• Suggesting methods & solutions increase energy efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Candidate with good instrumentation product knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Should have in-depth knowledge of the application of various products.
• Should have excellent analytical skills & troubleshooting capability.
• Should be an effective communicator and a team player.
• Qualification BE Instrumentation will be preferred.
• Experience- 3-6 years.
