We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Shipping Documentation Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Responsible for handling all import and export shipping documents to ensure they are in order for shipping.
• Ensure all regulatory permits and approvals are established for all shipments timely
• Responsible for establishing Form M for all shipments
• Follow through on all documentations application for timely approvals
• Escalate where necessary when processes are dragging
• Guide clients effectively on the necessary documents required for shipping.

Minimum Requirements

• BSc in any field
• Minimum of 3 years in similar role
• Understanding of the documentations and related processes for seamless import and export
• Understanding of import and export regulatory procedures.
