Job Overview

• Our client is urgently seeking a high-level Site Manager to oversee daily site operations, ensure project delivery aligns with established standards, and lead a team of professionals to execute tasks efficiently and safely.
• The ideal candidate will be highly experienced, proactive, and capable of managing high-value, fast-paced projects with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all site activities and workers.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and timelines.
• Monitor progress and compile reports on project status.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
• Manage resources, equipment, and materials efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any technical issues.
• Ensure quality control and project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of proven experience in a senior site management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, safety standards, and project management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
