Job Position: Social Media Executive / Digital Marketing Executive

Job Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Role Overview

• Rubycom Services Limited is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media / Digital Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence, drive engagement, and support marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities across all social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand representation.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, posts) aligned with campaigns and seasonal promotions.
• Design high-quality visual and written content Monitor trends, track analytics, and prepare performance reports.
• Support campaign execution and contribute strategic ideas for digital growth.
• Prepare monthly content calendars and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND or relevant certification.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation (logistics experience is an advantage).
• Strong copywriting and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with social media tools, analytics, and trends.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
