Position:  Quantity Surveyor 
Requirements

• HND minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in the field of Multi-story Building projects/Townships and Billing experience, should be well versed in AUTOCAD & MS Office.

Position:  Surveyor
Requirements

• HND/B.Sc Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in the field of Multi-story Building projects & Townships.
• Must have experience to work with survey equipments such as Total Station and site construction supervision.

Position:   Electrician
Requirements

• Trade Test I, II, III or Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in construction Industry.

9.) Mechanic Fitter 
Requirements

• Trade Test I, II Ill Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in construction Industry.

Position:  Office Secretary 
Requirements

• HND/B.Sc Minimum 5 to 7 years experience as office secretary.
• Should be proficient in spoken & written English to handle correspondence with various parties.

Position:  MEP Engineer
Requirements

• HND/B.Sc Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in Multi-story Budding Projects & Township Development, well versed in AUTOCAD & MS Office.

Position:  Electrical Supervisor
Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience of Managing construction machinery such as hoist, overhead cranes, Electrification of Multi story building & Township Development.
• Knowledge of frequency convertors and Electronics control is a must.

Position:  Mechanical Supervisor
Requirements

• HND/B.Sc Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience of Managing construction machinery such as hoist overhead cranes, Concrete Pump, Mixers etc. Plumbing/Pipeline work at Multi story.
• Building/Township experience will be an added advantage.

Position:  Business Development Officer 
Requirements

• B.Sc (Civil) Minimum 10-15 years experience in construction Industry.

Position:   Crane Operator
Requirements

• OND Minimum 5 to 7 years experience as a operator of Tower Crane.
