We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Technical Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain renewable electricity and electrical infrastructure systems.
• Support deployment and configuration of smart security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, etc.).
• Provide technical input in data centre infrastructure projects, including power, cooling, and cabling.
• Carry out site assessments, installations, testing, and commissioning of systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and vendors to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
• Provide training and technical support to clients and junior staff when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: renewable energy systems, electrical installations, security systems, or data centre infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in using technical tools, design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP), and diagnostic equipment is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities.
