Description

• Are you an experienced Virtual Assistant looking to give back, build leadership skills, and contribute to the growth of the next generation of Virtual Assistants?
• Leanx Support is currently seeking experienced Virtual Assistants who are passionate about knowledge-sharing and professional development to serve as Mentors for our Virtual Assistant internship program cohort 2.
• This is a volunteering mentorship role; however, a stipend will be provided for the duration of the program in recognition of your time, effort, and commitment.

About the Role
As a VA Mentor, you will:

• Guide and support upcoming Virtual Assistants
• Share practical industry knowledge and best practices
• Provide feedback on tasks, work ethics, and professional growth
• Help mentees transition confidently into their internship roles.
