Job Position: Virtual / Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Locations: Abuja (FCT), Kaduna, Lagos, Plateau, Rivers - Remote work from home
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

• Project- Virtual Assistant Support. This task revolves around Calls, inbound, outbound & follow up. Also, lead management in social media and email marketing via Phone calls, Chats, and Emails.
• Shift Timings:9 hours a day 5 days a week. 8am-5pm. Monday-Friday.
• Project Tenure- Probation (1 Month), Project duration- 1 year (renewable)
• Reporting structure- Daily. ( Mon-Sat)

Qualifications

• OND, HND or Bachelor in any relevant field
• Experience in CRM (Customer relationship management) preferable
• Eloquent and good spoken English.
• Minimum of 1 year work experience.

Salary
N30,000 monthly.
