We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Visa & Flight Ticket Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Process visa applications for various destinations
• Book and issue flight tickets for clients
• Provide expert guidance on travel and visa requirements
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve travel-related issues
• Maintain accurate records of visa and ticket transactions
• Liaise with embassies, airlines, and travel partners.
• Engage in marketing activities related to visa and ticketing as instructed by the company.

Requirements

• Proven experience in visa processing and ticketing
• Knowledge of airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
