Description 

• The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing guests with a seamless dining experience by delivering excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area.
• The ideal candidate will uphold service standards and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with menu selections.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
• Monitor tables and attend to guest needs throughout the meal.
• Upsell menu items and suggest pairings when appropriate.
• Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handle billing and process payments efficiently using POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the restaurant before and after service.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training programs.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC; hospitality certification is an advantage.
• Proven experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of professionalism.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Salary
N60,000 - N75,000 monthly.
