Job Position: Wealth Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• Provide tailored investment advice and holistic wealth management services to high-net-worth and private clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships while delivering portfolio construction, financial planning and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, perform regular reviews and deliver personalised financial plans.
• Construct and monitor investment portfolios (asset allocation, rebalancing, risk controls).
• Advise on retirement planning, estate planning, tax-efficient solutions and alternative investments.
• Prepare investment proposals, performance reports and client-facing presentations.
• Work with product partners (fund managers, custodians) and internal teams (compliance, operations).
• Identify and grow new client opportunities; participate in networking and referrals.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance and KYC/AML documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fields
• 3 - 7 years of experience in wealth/private banking or investment advisory.
• Professional qualification desirable (CFA, CFP or equivalent).
• Strong investment knowledge (equities, fixed income, funds, alternatives).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; client-focused.
• Solid understanding of regulation, KYC and fiduciary responsibilities.
