Job Description

• As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account and Inventory Reconciliation Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile inventory balances with financial records
• Monitor and report discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
• Conduct regular audits of inventory procedures and controls
• Identify and resolve inventory and accounting discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Assist in preparing inventory and financial reports
• Work with other departments to ensure proper inventory management practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in inventory management and accounting
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
