Kerildbert Holdings Limited is a leading 3rd Party Logistics Company in the provision of Shipments, Clearing & Freight Forwarding, Customs Brokerage Removals and Procurement Services to firms in the Country.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Account Executive

Job Location: Lagos
Employment type: Full time

Role Summary


  • Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Executive will support the execution of daily accounting tasks, preparation of reports, and reconciliation of financial records.
  • The ideal candidate is grounded in core accounting principles, tech-savvy with financial software, and possesses strong analytical skills to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Bookkeeping & Transactions:

  • Post sales invoices, purchase bills, journals, and ledger entries
  • Prepare and dispatch invoices to clients

Reconciliation & Reporting:

  • Conduct bank and general ledger reconciliations
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly financial close
  • Support management accounts and reporting preparation

Accounts Receivable & Payable:

  • Monitor customer and vendor accounts for timely collections and payments

Statutory Compliance & Tax:

  • Assist in filing VAT, PAYE, and pension schedules
  • Support FIRS and LIRS tax audit preparation

Process Support & Liaison:

  • Update fixed asset registers and track depreciation
  • Communicate with vendors, banks, and internal teams
  • Participate in financial process improvement projects

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.Sc. / HND in Accounting or Finance
  • 2 – 4 years of hands-on experience in a core accounting role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel
  • ICAN Skill Level or higher is an added advantage
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
