1.) Internal Control Executive

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Control Executive to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have practical experience in internal control processes, with a ability to identify risks, support control measures, and ensure operational compliance. You should have intermediate analytical skills, excellent time management, and reporting abilities. Retail industry experience will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of internal control policies and procedures across business operations.
• Conduct regular internal control checks, audits, and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify areas of process improvement and recommend corrective actions to strengthen internal control systems.
• Monitor daily operational activities and ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal control standards.
• Prepare periodic reports and presentations on internal control findings for management review.
• Perform data analysis using Excel to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential risks.
• Support investigations into operational breaches, discrepancies, or fraudulent activities.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth implementation of internal control measures.
• Participate in risk assessments and assist in the design of control measures for new processes.
• Track corrective action plans and ensure timely closure of internal control gaps.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in internal control, audit, or compliance roles.
• Intermediate analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify risk patterns.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Retail industry experience is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) is a plus.
• Familiarity with audit or control tools is an added benefit.

2.) Sales Associate and Sales Trainee (Retail Luxury & Fashion Brand)

Job Description

• Liaise with clients in all areas of sales including but not limited to product information, information on special discounts, new products, company services etc.
• Provide effective, efficient and prompt service delivery to customers
• Offer advice to customers on products in line with customer needs
• Deal with customers complaints and ensure complete resolution on every complaint
• Monitor stock in display cabinets and replenish products as required
• Constantly clean display cabinets and ensure spotless at all times
• Merchandise products in an appealing manner in line with brand Visual Merchandising guidelines
• Process payments and customer receipts
• Manage assigned stock on the shop floor and ensure accountability.

3.) Business Manager / Team Lead, Sales

Job Locations: Ikoyi & Lekki - Lagos

Job Summary

• As the Business Manager, you get to act as one of our Retail Store Managers, you will be responsible for overseeing employees and finances, and also controlling the quality of products and services offered to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve the store's monthly/annual sales target.
• Achieve margin for high-grossing products.
• Administration of Store, 3rd party businesses, etc.
• Ensure the ambiance of the store is very lively and conducive, good music, clean, engaging, orderly, etc.
• Ensure zero stock out, right ordering, varieties, good inventory management-First In-First Out, etc.
• Ensure customer complaints are reduced to the barest minimum.
• Achieve the VD targets for brands and products.
• Oversee the store's operational cost such as Diesel, Power, Overheads, Production, etc.
• Ensure preventable loss is minimal, and losses are accounted for accurately.
• Ensure reports are timely & accurate.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, finance management, or a related field from a recognized University.
• 3+ years of experience as a store manager or any supervisory role.
• Proven experience with preparing budgets, and financial and expense reports.
• Knowledge of product and consumer trends, marketing strategies, and how to utilize them.
• Strong supervisory, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Punctuality & and attendance, Demonstrate improvement efforts.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Must be analytical and comfortable reviewing data.
• Proficiency in Excel is required.
• Must be motivated, organized, and determined.
