We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Account Manager (Media & Advertising Industry)

Job Location: Area 11, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned clients; deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Translate client briefs into clear strategies and aligned execution.
• Oversee campaigns, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, and media teams on proposals and plans.
• Monitor performance, share insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Support business development through networking and referrals.
• Manage client feedback and escalations professionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing role within an advertising/marketing/media agency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills.

Salary
N320,000 per month.
