Job Description

• We are seeking to recruit an Account Officer with at least 2years experience in the role.
• He/she would handle prepare, compute, manage, research and analyse all accounting data, to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of our business.

Job Responsibilities/Duties

• Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
• Collect, analyse and summarize account information
• Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
• Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation
• Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts
• Develop periodic reports for management
• Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience inventory and stock management
• Minimum of 2 years proven warehouse experience
• Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system
• Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
• Minimum of 2years experience in a similar role
• Bsc or HND in Accounting or any other related field
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Excellent accounting software user
• Minimum of 2nd class lower (Bsc) or Lower credit(HND)
• Strong analytical skills
