Zeta Gas & Power is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Account officer
Job Location: Papa Latoro Ifo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Accountants prepare and examine financial records, ensuring records are accurate and that taxes are paid.
• Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
• Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status
• Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
• Completing analysis of the employee expenditures
• Managing income and expenditure accounts
• Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data
• Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company.

Qualifications

• The accountant position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting or any other related field.
• A master’s degree is an added advantage.
• New graduates with relevant internship experience will work well in entry-level roles.
• For senior levels, certification and relevant experience in a managerial position is an added advantage.
