We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Instrumentation Specialist

Job Locations: Lagos and Port Harcourt - Rivers

Job Purpose


  • The Instrumentation Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the proper calibration, functionality, and reliability of all measuring instruments used within Felton Energy Services Limited.
  • This role is critical to maintaining operational accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and supporting quality assurance across projects.
  • The specialist will apply technical expertise and certifications to calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot instruments, ensuring measurement integrity and efficiency in energy service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform calibration, verification, and adjustment of measuring instruments in compliance with international standards (ISO/IEC 17025, ANSI/NCSL Z540, etc.).
  • Document calibration results, maintain traceability records, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to uphold industry standards.
  • Provide technical support and training to junior staff on calibration procedures.
  • Ensure proper documentation of individual competencies and certifications.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field).
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in instrumentation and calibration services.
  • Valid certification/accreditation in calibration of measuring instruments (ISO/IEC 17025 or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems, sensors, and measurement technologies.
  • Proficiency in calibration software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply technical standards in practical calibration scenarios.

  • The engineer will be responsible for performing precise calibrations, documenting competencies, and ensuring that all instrumentation aligns with regulatory and client requirements.

3.) Senior Business Development Manager

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager with a proven track record of leading business analysis activities within the Nigerian energy sector.
  • The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience conducting business with NUIMS, NNPC, NUIM Antan, NGC, NEPL, and multiple International Oil Companies (IOCs) on a project basis.
  • This role requires deep industry knowledge, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Management:

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis for energy and oil & gas sector projects.
  • Gather, validate, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
  • Create functional specifications, process maps, and business cases.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Manage high-level stakeholders across NUIMS, NNPC, NUIM Antan, NGC, NEPL, and various IOCs.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and steering committee reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.

Project Delivery:

  • Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and vendor partners to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Support project planning, scope definition, and risk assessment.
  • Validate deliverables and drive user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Track benefits realization and ensure project outcomes add business value.

Data & Process Optimization:

  • Analyze operational and business data to identify process inefficiencies.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the energy, oil & gas, or government-regulated industries.
