We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Accountant
Job Location: Osapa London, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: 8am-5pm Mondays-Fridays; 8 am- 3pm Two Saturdays only in a month

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor receivables and payables: Process invoices and follow up with vendors. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial records as well as their compliance with relevant laws
• Prepare monthly financial report
• Prepare monthly income and financial reports
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations. Resolve discrepancies and issues related to bank transactions.
• Expense Tracking: Monitor and track company expenses. Ensure all expenses are properly documented and categorized.
• General Ledger Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the general ledger by posting entries.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial data and documentation.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc. Degree in Accounting with 2-5 years of experience.
• Previous experience in a similar position from a Supermarket is preferred.
• Close proximity to the locations is advised

Salary
N180,000 net / month.
