Accountant Job at Impact Arabian Perfumes and Oils

Impact Arabian Perfumes and Oils is a retail sales company that is involved in the sales of fragrance and different scenting machines with presence in different shopping malls across Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Accountant
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Reviews invoices, receipts and other document supporting transactions to verify accuracy
• Recording monthly revenues and expenses; received and disbursed including account receivables, account payable, payroll, audit, general ledger reporting
• Prepare, review and analyse monthly financial statements and report any variances to management
• Coordinate the month end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes
• Verify if credit card service charge is billed correctly for all credit card transactions
• Process and verify payroll and payroll reports
• Process authorised purchase requests as needed
• Perform monthly stock count exercises
• Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
• Assist with special projects when required
