Job Position: Accountant

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliation, and conducting cyclical audits.
• Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Collecting data, preparing balance sheet, and profit and loss statement.
• Providing financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data.
• Preparing asset, liability and capital account entries by analyzing account information.
• Documentation of financial transaction by updating account data.
• Recommending financial actions and summarizing the current financial status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 4 years of work experience.
• Professional Certification (ICAN) or (ACCA) preferred.
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
