Chocolate City Group is a 360-degree media and entertainment company consisting of a music label, music distribution company, management consulting firm, and a uniquely configured marketing agency all based in Nigeria. We are located in Lagos, Abuja and Nairobi, and have operations in the United Kingdom, United States, South-Africa and Ghana.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Accounts Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications

• B.Sc in Accounting discipline.
• A minimum of 3 or 4 years of relevant professional accounting experience.
• Proven expertise with accounting software packages, including SAGE and QuickBooks,
• Strong knowledge Of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Ability to work with large data for analysis, decision making and reporting to With tiny margin
• Ability work tasks without extreme Supervision.
• Familiarity with general ledger functions and the month-end / year-end close process.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Exposure to budgeting management.
