- Maintaining safe working practices
- Managing and motivating team
- Ensuring general welfare of livestock and enforce stict biosecurity protocol.
- Ensure that there is proper ventilation around and within the farm house
- Ensure that the birds are supplied with adequate water and other inputs for optimal performance
- Monitoring of production performance
- Maintains proper records on mortality of poultry, feeding of poultry, production performance and other information on poultry.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of proper lighting and heating for poultry pens.
- Take up tasks as may be assigned by line
