Paint & Bake is an art and entertainment centre for children and adults that promises fun and educative programmes, and is the first ceramic cafe where children are allowed to create and design shape items with their own colour.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Artist / Art Instructor
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Generating ideas, idea development, sketching, making models
• Designs prepares, and decorating according to customer specifications
• Designing and decorating in different styles
• Suggesting suitable designs and decoration options
• Using decorating and modeling techniques and tools for creating intricate designs
• Use visual techniques, such as composition, color, space, and perspective, to produce desired artistic effects

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in digital design, Photoshop, texturing and rendering techniques
• Good Painting Skill
• Good interpersonal and Communication skill is key
• Graphics Design (Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in CorelDraw and Photoshop)
• Strong knowledge of special effects, modeling, and lighting
• Must be able to guide kids and Adults in achieving an artistic project
• Creativity to design new and unique menu items to attract customers
• Time management skills to deliver orders on schedule
• Be thorough and pay attention to detail
• Flexible and open to change
