Aspom Travel Agency was founded on the 2nd of February, 2012 and has remained at the top of its game providing visa assistants, hotels, holiday packages, tours and flight deals to her clients.

Job Description

• We are seeking a vibrant and passionate Post-NYSC graduate to join our travel agency as a Travel Consultant.
• The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in travel, be customer-focused, and eager to learn the operations of the travel and tourism industry.
• This entry-level role offers training and career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with travel bookings, flight reservations, hotel accommodations, and travel insurance.
• Support the visa application process by guiding clients through requirements and documentation.
• Provide clients with information on travel destinations, costs, and available packages.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, client details, and payments.
• Assist in promoting travel deals, holiday packages, and social media content.
• Support senior consultants with administrative tasks and customer service.

Requirements
Education:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (in any discipline).
• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).

Experience:

• No prior travel industry experience is required, but internships, volunteer roles, or any client-facing roles are a plus.
• Training will be provided.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for travel and tourism.
• Customer service orientation with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet use).
• Eagerness to learn booking platforms and travel software.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Other Requirements:

• Must be a recent NYSC graduate or within 1 year of completion.
• Must reside within Lagosor be willing to relocate.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
• A team player with a positive and proactive mindset.
