About the Job


  • We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Facility Manager to support in overseeing the effective operation, safety, and maintenance of our buildings and facilities.
  • This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence, managing vendors and budgets, and delivering a seamless experience for guests.
  • The ideal candidate is proactive, hands-on, and capable of balancing day-to-day facility operations with long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Facility Manager in overseeing daily facility operations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Assist in coordinating vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
  • Monitor and report on facility expenses, highlighting opportunities for cost-saving.
  • Support compliance efforts with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Assist with coordinating upgrades, renovations, and improvement projects.
  • Respond promptly to facility-related issues and escalate emergencies as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in facility or property management (experience in a support role is an advantage).
  • Relevant certification (e.g., IFMA, OSHA, CFM) is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security).
  • Strong organizational, planning, and vendor coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and willingness to learn facility management software.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take initiative under supervision.
