Job Description

• We seek to hire a marketing manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our marketing department on lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
• Training of sales team on product knowledge .
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Promoting the organization and product

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related field.
• 4 years and above work experience
• Must have the ability to lead a sales team.
• Must have experience as a marketing manager managing and directing a sales team.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must reside in location you are applying for.
