Job Description

• Our client is looking to fill the role of an Assistant Sales Supervisor
• The role holder will be responsible for providing support to the Sales Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and proffer solutions and support.
• Monitor sales productivity and provide constructive feedback to the sales supervisor.
• Assist the sales supervisor to resolve customer complaints.
• Assist the sales supervisor to prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Assist the sales supervisor to track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales.

Person Specifications
Suitable applicants must possess:

• First Degree from a reputable higher institution of learning.
• Between 1 - 3 years experience in the hospitality sector.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Verifiable experience in maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
