First Continental Properties Limited is a real estate company made up of commercial towers, residential & Warehouses.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Assistant Store Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Applicants should be able to understand all store related activities from confirmation of supplies as per LPO and Delivery Waybill.
• Getting quality approval from the Engineers and users before acceptance.
• Preparation of work order.
• Verification of stock, Reconciliation and reporting periodically.

Qualification and Experience

• B.Sc / HND in Business Administration / Statistics or any Social Science.
• Minimum of 5 years in a Construction/Real Estate industries will be an added advantage.

Skills:

• A very good communication skill.
• Must be computer literate, good in excel, power point.
• Knowledge of the ERP Accounting package will be an added advantage.

Salary
N250,000 monthly
