We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Associate (Corporate / Commercial) Lawyer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Minimum Qualifications

• BL / LLB / JD
• Legal practitioner with a Minimum of 5 - 7years' post-call experience
• LLM is an advantage
• ICSAN is an advantage

Job Requirements:

• Strong corporate/commercial law skills
• Sound understanding of contract drafting, compliance, franchising, mergers and acquisitions and CAC services
• Well versed in property law in Lagos State and other key states in Nigeria
• Experienced civil litigator
• Strong mediation skills
• Good leadership skills
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Methodical.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly
