We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Banking Officer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Handle deposit mobilization, and credit facilitation processes.
• Develop new business opportunities and manage SME accounts.
• Review loan applications from SME clients for accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee loan documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure full recovery of disbursed funds and maintain a low PAR.
• Generate revenue through new accounts and key account management.

Requirements

• HND / BSc Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales with 3 years in the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial products.
• Proven track record of achieving business development targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 / month.
