In the last 1.5 years, Lumos has developed a new business strategy addressing both the changing customer needs and challenges in the industry. The change in strategy is successful and has resulted in a solid stream of sales. Based on this result, management has decided to expand the sales in 2024 and accelerate the growth.
We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Finance Officer
Job Location: Apapa Expressway, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Junior Finance Officer will support the finance team in managing accounting records, financial transactions, and reporting activities.
- This role is ideal for fresh graduates with 1 to 2 years’ experience with a degree in Accounting or Finance who have completed their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and are currently undergoing or have completed their ICAN certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Record and maintain financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely invoices and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Assist in tax computations, filings, and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Support cost analysis and financial forecasting to enhance decision-making.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to internal controls.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with business goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Must have completed the 1 year compulsory National Youth Service Corps, NYSC with 1 - 2 years of working experience.
- ICAN certification in progress or completed.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) is an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

2.) Inventory Clerk
Job Location: Iron Oron LGA - Akwa Ibom and Mowe - Ogu
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Inventory Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory records, ensuring efficient stock control, and supporting the supply chain process.
- This role is essential for maintaining optimal stock levels and ensuring smooth operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, including receipts, transfers, and disposals.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of inventory items.
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends to improve stock efficiency.
- Implement and improve inventory control procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Relevant Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good understanding of inventory management principles.
- Basic Excel skills are required
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Previous experience in inventory management, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector, is a plus.

3.) Partner Development Manager
Job Locations: Akute, Mowe - Ogun, Ibadan, Oyo town - Oyo & Ore, Akure - Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- We are looking for a Partner Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, providing support and manage business relationships with partners to drive sales and revenue.
- The ideal candidate will have experience people management, strong communication and interpersonal skills and clear understanding of community business.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales target towards achieving business objectives/KPIs for the territory
- Handle key partners and customers complaints.
- Ensure compliance with Company’s trade policies
- Track partners performances and conduct monthly reconciliation
- Adhere to monthly journey plan of partners visitation and engagement
- Increase business opportunities through opening new channels, manage partners to achieve targets and grow sales portfolio within assigned territory
- Analyze and review partners’ performance against agreed KPIs.
- Organize activities that will lead to more acquisition and repayment
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 - 4 years of experience.
- Must have very good negotiation and sales closing skills
- Must reside in the above listed locations or of very close proximity to the above stated Location
Personal Requirements:
- Knowledge of field sales and market Intelligence
- Sales experience on sticky products
- Goal oriented and self-motivated.
- Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
Remuneration
Attractive + Commission.
